Hurriedly announced back in September, S-WORKz’ highest profile signing Taylor James had his race debut at the 2011 JConcepts Southern Nationals in Monroe Louisiana, whilst running well it didn’t quite end as well as a broken receiver forced him to retire. Despite this a buoyant Taylor reflected on his first race with the new car, “For it being the first race with the car I was very happy with the on track performance. I learned a lot on setup and feel pretty comfortable with it now. I struggled a little bit when the track blew out but I just had to find the right shock setup. Overall I think we have a fast car and competitive car.”
